From a young age, Iâve been captivated by the art of miniatures. As a kid, I did whatever I could to make artâfrom digging through the trash to stealing my momâs art supplies (sorry, mom!). đ As Iâve grown into a young adult, being creative is still just as important to me as it was back then. My mom has always been a huge inspiration, because no matter what season of life she was in, she always found ways to be creative. đ
My creations are deeply inspired by retro itemsâthose fun, specific things that bring back memories of childhood, from the toys we loved to the cartoons we couldnât get enough of. đŽâ¨ My work is a way for me to hold onto those unique moments and share them with you. đ

The course has 6 modules of learning and practicing. It also includes full-length process videos for 4 projects that you can follow along! In Module 1, youâll be introduced to the course, the tools and materials needed for miniature creation, and how to prepare your workspace. Weâll explore finding inspiration through nostalgia and creativity, with exercises to help you start thinking about your own unique designs.
MODULE 2:Â
Clay Basics & Sculpting Foundations
Module 2 covers the basics of clay handling, conditioning, and shaping. Youâll learn to roll, cut, and shape clay while mastering the art of scaling down objects to create accurate miniatures.
MODULE 3:Â
Creating Nostalgic Miniatures
In Module 3, youâll focus on creating miniatures inspired by retro items, like 90s toys and snack packaging. Learn to sculpt realistic textures, mix colors, and use layering techniques to add depth and life to your creations.
MODULE 4:Â
Mastering the Art of Layers
Module 4 teaches you the importance of layering in sculpting, allowing for more detailed and clean miniature designs. Through projects like a Twister board and UNO card, youâll practice creating different sizes and adding small, intricate details.
MODULE 5:Â
Advanced Miniature Creations
In Module 5, youâll learn to sculpt complex miniatures with multiple pieces and build miniature dioramas. Youâll also create your own final project by choosing a retro object to replicate in miniature form, showcasing your skills and creativity.
